A former U.S. Army 82nd Airborne paratrooper, and combat veteran, Vonne Andring founded Andring Consulting to provide a more brand-driven strategy to political and advocacy campaigns. Senior Advisor to the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, and former executive director, Vonne is recognized for masterful messaging, high end creativity, and precision execution. Her unique take on “street branding,” drives every aspect of the firm’s mission, and has made her a highly regarded authority on brand strategy and message development. Vonne has advised people and organizations from small business and non-profits to advocacy and political campaigns at every level — including presidential, senatorial, gubernatorial, congressional, and judicial. Vonne holds a master’s degree in strategic public relations from the School of Political Management at The George Washington University, and a B.A. in English (Magna Cum Laude) from Seton Hill University.
MARK F. BRYANT
Based in Washington, D.C., Mark F. Bryant is among the most highly regarded technology experts in politics and advocacy today. Mark was the first to introduce block-level redistricting on a personal computer to politics (then at System Dynamics), precision constituent to state and federal district matching to advocacy (via Legislative Demographic Services), and big-data driven digital advertising to both candidates and causes (at Resonate). A native Virginian, Mark began his career in Washington, D.C. as a fundraiser for national party and presidential campaign committees. He has also held executive level positions at digital, data, and analytics firms. Mark’s unique blend of strategic and tactical acumen has set him apart as a trendsetter and subject matter expert in politics and technology. Mark holds a degree in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia.
She’s been called a “bootstrapper,” because Lauren Casper is a record-breaking, figure it out, and get it done kind of person. It’s why she was responsible for the top three congressional fundraising returns in the nation in 2019, and the reason she was was named one of “13 Philly millennials shaping policy for the future” by Who’s Next Politics. A 2016 Trump Delegate to the Republican National Convention, Lauren serves as a political advisor to the Pennsylvania Republican Party and has served on congressional, gubernatorial and presidential campaigns, across six states, for nearly a decade. Lauren lives in Montgomery county, Pennsylvania and has a degree in strategic communications from Temple University.
